WOD: Monday

A. 7-10 cycles:
1 Power Snatch + 2 Snatch Balance + 3 Overhead Squats
*Build in load as movement quality allows.

B. Partner workout:
50 Overhead Squats for load/time:
*7 minute cut-off

Option B. For quality movement:
YGIG for 7 minutes:
5 Overhead Squats for quality
