CrossFit Group Training

– All abilities catered for with multiple difficulty options offered in every class.
– Classes run for an hour with a different format each day.
– Five CrossFit sessions every weekday and two on Saturday morning to choose from.
– Class sizes range from about 10-20 people.
– A minimum of two instructors on each CrossFit class (except 12pm sessions).
– A thorough warm-up, explanation, demonstration and cool down in each session.
– Open gym time (Friday 4.00-5.15pm) where athletes can catch up on a missed WOD, work on a specific skill, chat about nutrition etc.
– Performance Development (Saturday 8.00-9.00am). A session for athletes who have a competition focus.
