For members who have a competition focus or simply want to fast track their progress we offer individualised programming.
The programs are offered in 4, 8 or 12 weeks blocks and allow us to specifically focus on an athletes personal goals, their strengths and weaknesses.
Typically these programs consist of weekly reporting of results, general feedback and review of video footage and can include one on one sessions if desired. Each week your results are reviewed and you are provided with an updated program for the time period you have undertaken.
We have found that the combination of a much more personal focus on an athletes goals and the extra accountability afforded by reporting of results and weekly consultation makes for outstanding improvements.
