A. Work up to a heavy Hang Power Clean triple (20 min.) B. Opposing Ladder: Deadlift (use heaviest load from part A.) Burpee *start with 10 DL and 1 BP and reduce/increase the DL/BP by 1 rep each round until you finish with 1 DL and 10 BP. Post load and time to comments.
