4 Sit-ups
8 Lateral Jumps (over barbell)
*if you miss a round in the minute, finish the round and resume on the next minute.
Five, 4 minute rounds of: Run 400m M.E. U.B. Kettlebell Swings *Rest 1 min between rounds. *swing the KB until you break or until the 4 minute mark in each round. Post reps and load to comments.
