A. 3 cycles (Light load) Power Clean + Push Press + Push Jerk (Pause in catch positions)
2×1 – 2×1- 2×1 Power Clean + Push Jerk (incrementing to moderate load)
1-1-1-1-1 Clean & Jerk (Any style) Increment in load.

B. Increment as far as possible in 15 minutes:
Power Clean & Jerk (2-4-6-8-10…) 60/40kg
Shuttle Runs x 15m (2-4-6-8-10…)
