A. Five sets for max reps:
Dips (Ring dips or box dips)
Superset with 60 second plank

B. Advanced for 10 minutes:
10 Dumbbell Snatch 22.5/15kg
10 Burpees
(Increase by 10 Dumbbell Snatch each round).
