A. Pull-up/Muscle-up Tutorial B. EMOM for 10 minutes: 30 seconds – Evil Wheels Pull-ups (Kipping or Strict) *In this workout your first 30 seconds of Evil Wheels will act as a bench mark. In rounds 2-10 if you fail to match your original score you must pay a pull-up penalty equal to the number of missed Evil Wheels. If you achieve a higher number of Evil Wheels in any of the subsequent rounds, then you will use that as your new benchmark. *For Rx’d you must complete all penalties within the 2nd half of each minute. Post target score and number of pull-ups to comments.
