To the 5am & 6am crew-
I gave you a different version of today’s WOD due to misinterpretation of the format. As a result the 5am & 6am crew completed 2x 20m farmers carry following the Pull-ups and Ring Dips, this should have been 2 x 20m farmers carry following the Pull-ups and again following the Ring Dips.
