The amount of times Mark’s name comes up in conversation for providing huge inspiration to many of our athletes is too many to count. 5 Deadlift + 5 Hang Power Clean + 5 Front Squats (60/40kg) *
*Performed as YGIG. Partner 1 to complete 15 repetitions before swapping.
B. For maximum repetitions:

7 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead (2 x 22.5/15kg)

What an inspiration!! I was so excited when Libby said she wanted to join us for the IN-BOX OPEN. Returning shortly after having a new baby (Harley) this women never ceases to amaze me!!!
