A. Back Rack Reverse Lunge 8-8-8-8-8 (8 reps each side- 8 on left then 8 on right) *

B. 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of:
Dumbbell squats (2×22.5/15kg)
Dumbbell-facing burpees
