*This will be performed in pairs of three’s. Athletes will run together and share the calisthenics between them – one person working at a time.
Work as far through as possible in 20 minutes: 1 round of Cindy (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats) Run 200m 2 rounds of Cindy Run 200m 3 rounds of Cindy Run 200m Etc. Post rounds to comments.
