WOD: Friday

Ten rounds for load of:
10 x 10m Shuttle Run
Snatch 3 reps
*Each round will last 90 seconds.
*The aim is to snatch as heavy as possible without missing any reps.
*You get 3 Snatch attempts per round. If you miss a rep or do not complete 3 reps within 90 seconds your score suffers.
