Min 2. Gymnastic Pull
*1:2 Work/rest ratio

Choose movement & repetitions that allows you to focus on improvement.

*Gymnastic Push: Push-ups/Dips/Handstand Push-ups
Gymnastic Pull: Ring Row/Pull-ups/Chest to bar/Muscle-ups
