Starting next Monday (29th) September and continuing through the month of October we are on a mission to increase your pulling power. What this means is that if you can’t do a pull-up, we’re going to work (very hard) towards getting your first, and if you already have a pull-up then we are going to work towards increasing your ability in this area. Get fired up and be ready to give this a red hot go as the rewards will be many.
