40m Bear Crawl
20 Sit-ups
Unbroken Double-unders
*Your score for this workout is double-unders. Pick your own reps – for example if you choose 50 you are committing to doing 50 reps per round. If you break during the set, those reps don’t count and you must start the DU’s over again.
*PS, yes you should still turn up if you can’t do Double-unders!!!
