A. Alternate the following for 7 rounds:
Min. 1: 3 Power Cleans (aim to maintain weight)
Min. 2: Toes to Bar (15 reps or 30 sec.)

B. 5 rounds for Max. reps Evil Wheels
work 30seconds on/30 seconds off
