AMRAP in 20 min of:
1 Muscle-up
3 Wall Climbs
5 Burpees (terminates with a 1m broad jump)
Notes:
*The workout will start with a buy in of 100 KB swings 24/16kg. If you stop swinging before the 100 reps is complete, a burpee penalty equal to the number of remaining reps is to be paid before proceeding to the AMRAP. If you swing 100 reps unbroken, you move straight to the AMRAP.
*The Muscle-up substitute is 5 C2B Pull-ups.
