WOD: Monday

*Please note that there will be an open gym session on from 3.30-4.45pm this afternoon.

A. Weighted Pull-up 4 x 5-8 reps.
*Aim to better your lest effort from two weeks ago.

B. Three rounds for reps of:
1 min. Supine Ring Rows (feet in line with hands)
1 min. 20″ Weighted Step-up 20/15kg
1 min. 15 Strict ABMAT Sit-ups
*Aim for quality over speed on the sit-ups.
