Circuit Training is a fun but challenging fitness program aimed at improving all aspect of fitness. These sessions are designed for people who are more interested in the cardio aspect of CrossFit or may want to use these sessions as an introduction to our facility before starting CrossFit.
It is our mission to help you on your journey towards better health and fitness.
How do we do this?
- Cater for all abilities (beginner to advanced)
- Time efficient (45minute sessions) Straight after school drop off.
- We do the programming and every session is different so you won’t get bored.
- Personalized group training where we know the abilities of each of our clients so can work with them to their potential.
- Supportive group environment with people just like you aiming to be better.
- Nutritional advice and support
- Flexible training options for parents. This is a child friendly session with a child play area available.
Circuit training classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9:15-10:00am.
About your trainer (Marie Saliba)
I am 36 years young, wife and mother of two and along with my husband owner/operator of two business (Specialized Fitness Bootcamps and Coastal CrossFit Queensland). During 11 years in the Royal Australian Air Force, fitness became part of my everyday lifestyle. I grew to love it and after leaving the Air Force and having two children it has played an even bigger role in my life. As a mother of two I know the everyday demands placed upon parents. I have found by maintaining my health and fitness I am able to make the most of my time with my children – having fun and enjoying life and being a positive role model to our children. I am now fitter and feel better than I ever did in my 20′s, and am constantly improving.
During the past eight years my husband (Chris) and I have created a lifestyle that allows us to promote health and fitness and assist others in achieving optimal health and fitness for themselves and their families.
We look forward to meeting you and assisting you on your journey towards better health and fitness.
You can attend Circuit Training classes as a stand alone membership or attend as part of your unlimited monthly CrossFit membership.
Standalone pricing options:
Casual Rate: $15
10 pass $120 (to be used within 3 months)
2 x sessions per week (4 week blocks) $80 (equates to $10 per session)
3 x sessions per week (4 week blocks) $100 ($8.35 per session)
