A. Practice Frog Stand for 10 minutes (see video below).
B 2 x 5 minute efforts for as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) of:
10m Bearcrawl
10m Broadjump
Match No. of Broadjumps with Burpees.
*Rest 2 minutes between efforts.
