Want additional flexibility for your training?
With the new layout of the box and two separate training areas we are excited to be able to add additional services to our clients.
– OPEN GYM (5 hours per day: Mon – Fri)
– Express Sessions (40 mins)
Open Gym: Starts 26th August (NOW!!!)
Open gym will run concurrently to all of our scheduled class providing greater flexibility to you.
Running late for a session, can’t commit to the full hour or looking for supplementary training? Our open gym sessions are available during any of our scheduled class times (come for 10mins or a couple of hours, it is up to you).
Please note# Open gym sessions will be conducted in the opposite training space to the WOD.

Express: Starts 2nd September
As of the 2nd September we will be running Xpress classes during lunch times (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) 12:00-12:40pm.
Unlimited monthly – $45 per week (all inclusive)
Express package (Standalone) – $30 per week or $12 Casual session.
