WOD: Monday

A. Perform 6 rounds of the following:
Min. 1: 10 x Weighted Alternating Lunge (heavy)
Min. 2: M.E. T2B in 30 sec.
*Weight must be held in the front rack.

B. Perform X Double-unders each minute for 5 minutes.
*Choose a number that is both challenging and repeatable.
*Pay a burpee for each break in your set.
*Burpees must be paid within the minute.
*Aim higher than last time.

Post load, total T2B and double-under goal to comments.
