Our LUNCH EXPRESS sessions are designed to give you a great workout in 40 minutes. No books, no induction required.

We will get you in/out quickly through your lunch time (12:00-12:40)- all you have to do is TURN UP!!

EXPRESS package (3 sessions per week) $30 per week
EXPRESS casual rate- $12

Unlimited Monthly CrossFit $45 per week (Unlimited access to CrossFit, Open Gym & Express sessions). Marie on Mob: 0432710684

About: Our Express class is a fun but challenging fitness program aimed at improving all aspect of fitness.  These sessions are designed for people who want a great workout but are limited in time.

It is our mission to help you on your journey towards better health and fitness.
