Our Coastal CrossFit KIDS 10-week block is designed to develop movement skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of fitness — in a fun, supportive environment.

This isn’t just exercise.
It’s about helping kids move well, feel strong, and thrive.


What Kids Will Learn

  • Fundamental movement skills (run, jump, lift, climb)
  • Strength, coordination & body awareness
  • Teamwork, resilience & confidence
  • Positive habits around health & effort

All sessions are age-appropriate, coached, and engaging.


Who It’s For

  • Kids aged [insert age group — e.g. 5–13 years]
  • All fitness levels welcome
  • Perfect for beginners through to sporty kids wanting an edge

Program Details

  • 📅 Start Date: 21st April-18th June
  • Duration: 10 weeks
  • 📍 Location: Coastal CrossFit
  • 🕒 Session Times: Tuesday & Thursday 3:30pm-4:15pm

Pricing Options

  • $150 — 1 session per week 10-week block
  • $300/$30 per week — Weekly payment option
  • $17 casual session (by appointment only)
