Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean (light load)
Every 45 seconds for 4:30 minutes (6 rounds)
Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean (moderate load)
Every 90 seconds for 7minutes
1 Clean (Any style) (Work to a heavy for the day)
