WOD: Monday

A. Weighted Pull-up 4 x 5-8 reps.
*Load up if you can do more than 8 strict reps and use a spotter if you can’t do 5.
*Rest 2 min. between sets.

B. Four rounds for reps:
1 min. Ball Slam
1 min. KB Swing
1 min. Plank (must be UB)
