A. Five heavy sets of:
3 Snatch
3 Overhead Squats
6 Overhead Lunges (3 left + 3 right)

B. EMOM x 10 minutes:
Toes to bar (1-2-3-4-5-6…10) *
*Start back at 1 if you miss a round.

*Advanced athletes may start at higher repetitions.
