Seven rounds for time:
‘X’ Gymnastic Pull *
12 Box Jump overs 20″/20″ (Jump up/step down)
10 Burpees

Rest 90 seconds

*Choose a gymnastic pull movement and repetitions based upon abilities.

Advanced athletes- Choose challenging repetitions with goal unbroken.
Intermediate – Aim for quality and volume approx. 2-3 sets.
Beginner- Choose repetitions and break as needed.
