Nutrition Check-up

A reminder that we are always available to discuss your nutrition.  Even if you feel your nutrition is on track it can be helpful to have semi regular check-up’s to keep you motivated or to introduce some improvements that you may not have been ready for in the past.

Our approach is to review what you have been eating and make improvements to that rather than giving you a generic plan that may or may  not work for you.
