    "Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports".

Training Fees

Training at Coastal CrossFit QLD is not like training at your normal gym and we charge more than a normal gym for a very simple reason – outstanding service.  Our service encompasses everything you need to succeed; each day you will be warmed up, coached and fault corrected, motivated, educated, have your training programmed for you and your progress recorded and monitored.  For best results we recommend between 3-5 CrossFit sessions per week, so if you divide the weekly fee of  $41.25 by these figures you get a per session rate of $13.75-$8.25.  Certainly very reasonable when compared to the going rate of a personal trainer.

We will NOT lock you into a contract.  You will NOT be trained by someone whose entire coaching experience came from a 3 week personal training course, and you will not find hair straighteners in the bathroom.  What you will find is a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere that more resembles the feel of a sporting club than it does a ‘modern’ gym.  Our staff are intelligent, enthusiastic and professional and have dedicated their lives to being the best CrossFit Coaches they can be.

Our client base consists of all age groups and walks of life that come together and share a common bond – gaining satisfaction from challenging themselves on a daily basis.   Please read below for the different payment options that are available.

Unlimited Monthly Training – $165.00

Unlimited monthly training entitles you to turn up to every session within your month of payment.

10 Session Pass – $165.00

This option is intended for those members who can’t make it on a regular basis for a legitimate reason eg. shift workers.  This option is not intended to encourage ‘casual’ training and requires management approval.

Drop In – $20.00

This option is available to visiting CrossFitters who have already been introduced to the foundational movements of CrossFit at another affiliate.

-          Direct Debit does not lock you into a contract and can be cancelled at any time.  Please talk to staff if you have any queries.

-          Direct Debit can be placed on hold for extended periods of absence e.g. holidays.
