12 Hang Power Cleans 60/40kg
20 Deadlifts 60/40kg
Rest 3 minutes between cycles.
Score= total repetition pull-ups
A. Back Squat (Cycle 2- Week 1)
Add 5kg to your 1RM, then base calculations on 90%.

B. 100 Kettlebell Swing for time:
*Perform 5 Squats at the start of the 1st minute, increment by 5 Squats each minute.
Continue format until you have completed 100KB Swings, or until you don’t get to the kettlebell.
Eg. Min 1:5 Squats, max kettlebell swings (KBS), Min 2: 10 Squats, max KBS, Min 3: 15 Squats, max KBS…
