Chantal its not too late to get another partner you’ll be doing burpees for a while, there will be no crossfit love for me.
Perhaps tips from Maren will be good she is easily bought with carrot cake!
The tips will be worth it AND I always say YES for carrot cake!!! It’s vegetables you know…about 3 blocks of carb!

Sad that we missed the burpees this morning… Sure that we’ll make that one up!! HA!! Doing one on one off this week… Tomorrow is a 5km run from top to bottom of Central Park in the snow (snow storm tonight)…
