    "Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports".

WOD: Wednesday

Partner WOD: 200 Burpees for time.

One person will perform 30 Double-unders as the timing station while the other accumulates as many Burpees as possible. Continue rotating until your team achieves 200 Burpees.

      Chants, this one was a breeze…can’t you see how fresh we are looking!

      I have a few tips but it will cost you! Highest bidder gets all the advice they need! I believe the guys need to raise some money for Brissie!

    Hi Glen & Michelle, hope you guys are kicking some yankee butt! 2 WODS that would have really suited you this week but this morning may have challenged you a bit more. You’ll have to give FRAN a go when you get back. Give it horns.

    Chantal its not too late to get another partner you’ll be doing burpees for a while, there will be no crossfit love for me.
    Perhaps tips from Maren will be good she is easily bought with carrot cake!

      The tips will be worth it AND I always say YES for carrot cake!!! It’s vegetables you know…about 3 blocks of carb!

      Hah, not on your life – how hard can 20 minutes of burpees possibly be??!! In any case, i won’t be finding out because tonight you’re going to master the double unders :-)

      Carrot Cake – i can handle that if it makes the workout any easier!

    Sad that we missed the burpees this morning… Sure that we’ll make that one up!! HA!! Doing one on one off this week… Tomorrow is a 5km run from top to bottom of Central Park in the snow (snow storm tonight)…
