Sue, I worked out Stephen’s “something” this morning… it’s his 50kg body weight that he can fling over the pullup bar with his little finger!! Nah, he was definitely the best this morning (despite the fact that Damo did about 8 more reps than anyone else)… But hopefully Chris throws me a good strength workout tomorrow and I can claw one back on Stephen!!
Hi Sue, I must admit Damo won this morning – he lost count somewhere along the line – i wish i only weighed 50kg – add another 75% and you’re getting close. I’m still working on the “something” else!!!!!!!!!!!
