  • Who is CrossFit for?

"The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience".

CrossFit "delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general and inclusive. Our specialty is not specialising. Combat, survival, many sports and life reward this kind of Fitness". (Coach Glassman, CrossFit Co-Founder)
  • World Class Fitness in 100 Words

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports".

  2. Glen says:

Rach, now that you are getting through your injury, it doesn’t seem as though anything gets in your way!! You would have to be looking at a win on Saturday down in Brisbane!!

Sue & Maren, huge improvements from last time, good luck in keeping Chantal away!!

  3. sue says:

Hi Chantal, just two words for you “RECORDS BOARD”.

  4. Rach V says:

Hey Glen – you rocked the box this morning!! Well done. You have come such a long way since when you first began! Thanks for your confidence but I certainly don’t share it! My weaknesses are still many and all it needs is a few of them together in a WoD and it will be an unhappy place! :) I certainly hope you are competing?

Sue and Maren – you girls were so awesome this am!! Chantal you will set a blinding time tonight I reckon!

Awesome work everyone! I won’t be at training now til Monday as I’m working in Bris, then the comp so I’ll see some of you Saturday at the comp and the rest on Monday!!

  5. Aaron says:

Checking the records goes to show how far everyone has come. I was baffled to see I more than halved my time from October! It’s easy (for me anyway) to forget that the daily gains compound into massive monthly ones.
