HORRIBLE!!!
Great effort today Glen – the strength component is definitely your cup of tea!
Thanks for the fans – certainly did not help me today though.
Note to self… when physically and mentally exhausted get tougher.
Good job Chantal for going RxD.
Liz awesome to see you backing up after yesterday’s stella effort!
Hey Chris/Drummond… Are we able to have a go at doing “The Bear” one morning? Have either of you done it before, and if so, do you remember your max?
Good suggestion Glen. I haven’t done it before and there are a few variations on how you can do that WOD. Might have to have a look. Chris.
Glen, Did you forget to take your medication again?
Glen, whatever your on I want some!
Nice call Glen!
Glen, r u sure you watched the right WOD??? That’s a killer mate….keep these things to yourself!!!!It’s not open for public discussion!
Hi Drummond and Chris
Really sorry I did not make it back in tonight. Sounds like a bad excuse but the mini got a flat tyre and I had to get it home before dark (with no spare).
Was really great meeting you both today.
Thanks for the kipping training Drummond and I will definately stay in touch in regards to CF Tas. See you in Hobart in a few weeks.
