Max reps Shoulder Press/Push Press/Push Jerk @ 90% of 1RM Shoulder Press
Round 1 will be Shoulder Press, round 2 will be Push Press and round 3 will be Push Jerk.
Bar is to be taken from the ground. Rest between rounds.
