  • Who is CrossFit for?

"The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience".

CrossFit "delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general and inclusive. Our specialty is not specialising. Combat, survival, many sports and life reward this kind of Fitness". (Coach Glassman, CrossFit Co-Founder)
  • World Class Fitness in 100 Words

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports".

So after consultation with Michelle C & Glen I finally figured out how to reply..that was a WOD in itself – lucky it wasn’t for time!

Drummond – Just wanted to say a BIG thankyou for helping me work out these demon box jumps they are NASTY!!! Hoping my mongrel dog comes out & scares them away one day very soon & I’ll be jumping on & off them like a pogo stick! thanks heaps :)

I may psych myself out. I may cry. I may puke. But I will not quit. EVER! ♥

  3. Glen says:

    Drummond… That’s massive…

How good are the WOD’s for the sectionals? Not suggesting that they will be easy, but great to know that I can do them all rxd (just a little rest during the muscle ups!)

  4. Deniece says:

    Nice RXD Sue!
Have you checked out the sectional WOD’s yet?

    • sue says:

Thanks D, Yeah have checked the Wods for sectionals, as usual they look ok on paper but as we know that can be very deceiving. Its always tough and hopefully all the competitors from our affiliate will be feeling great and ready to go on the day. See you tomorrow and all of us girls can disect those Wods and work out some sort of strategy, I would be very interested in your opinion? Cheers Sue

  5. Samantha says:

holy crap Damo you smashed it!
