  • Who is CrossFit for?

"The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience".

CrossFit "delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general and inclusive. Our specialty is not specialising. Combat, survival, many sports and life reward this kind of Fitness". (Coach Glassman, CrossFit Co-Founder)
  • World Class Fitness in 100 Words

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports".

    Hi Everyone!

Yup, thought I’d finally get my own log in on this site. Seeing as Glen is working hard in BNE I have time to use the computer :)

Thanks so much for all your well wishes. I still call Glen my boyfriend hehe and I barely wear the ring as its so ‘la di da’ I’m worried I may lose it!

And Kylie, ‘no way hosei!’ I already have a 6ft 4 baby that needs 24hr care and come Monday next week we will be adding an additional baby to the family – an 8 week old british bulldog :)

P.S. Drummond you didn’t even last an hour with the news! :)

  7. sue says:

Hey Michelle and Glennie that is great news! Michelle make sure you bring that rock of yours along to the box we definitely want to see!!! I am so excited about the dog as well that I’m not sure which news is the most exciting.
Anyway hugs and kisses to you both!

  8. kylie says:

Hey Shell by the way nice pic muscles. If you had have been wearing the ‘la di da’ ring you would have needed the blue band instead of the red.
We all want to know did ‘bubba G’ get down on one knee? Thats a loooong way down man he would have been as tall as you.

  9. mIcHeLLe C says:

Hehehe funny you should ask that Kylie. Big Glen is actually still a head taller than me when on bended knee!!

Nah I hate to make this public but you did ask nicely. He took me to Central Park at night (freezing cold!!) where it had snowed the whole day and night before, so the park was covered in snow. He hired a horse and carriage which took us around the park (must admit, yes its very oooeeeyyyy goooeeeyyy-gentlemen cover your eyes) and during the ride he popped the question :)

  10. Glen says:

Stephen, is 52.5kg a PR for you?
Thank you everyone… Now back to crossfit!!

    • Maren says:

Surely you’re not embarrased about it all Glennie. You boys get rather mushi when it comes to love don’t you….My man wrote a poem!!!

  11. kylie says:

I knew the big fella wouldn’t let us down. Glen you’re the best!!! :) Congratulations guys, awesome news!

  12. nic says:

Congrates guys awesome news :) very cute

  13. StephenB says:

Don’t tell Chris but i’m not sure if that’s a PR. Drummond was helping with the technique so every odd one was “popping” effortlessly dare i say!
