Glen I am interested to see what happens when a heavily weighted bar is dropped accidentally, do you then run and just keep going?</description>

I am keen to have a good talk to you about your experience with training in the US and see what positives and negatives you may have taken away from it.

3 Power Snatches @ 85% 1RM, then as many rounds of &quot;Mary&quot; as possible.
(not allowed to dump bar as box is on 3rd level of building)

Glen: 5+20 @ 145 pounds (65kg) 

Chris &amp; Drummond, you guys are miles ahead of the trainers here, and I&#039;m not just blowing smoke up your @#$%... I saw some terrible technique around the box here, and no one correcting...

Stephen, Maren &amp; Penny over half of the competitors at the recent Crossfit Rocks competition couldn&#039;t hang clean what you have today... Great job!!

Stephen, I hope that you&#039;re working on your ring dips!!</description>
