  • Who is CrossFit for?

"The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience".

CrossFit "delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general and inclusive. Our specialty is not specialising. Combat, survival, many sports and life reward this kind of Fitness". (Coach Glassman, CrossFit Co-Founder)
  • World Class Fitness in 100 Words

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports".

Just wanted to say a huge thankyou Team for getting me through this morning. Especially to Maren, Stephen, Glen and Rach for doing your work out then half of mine. Its great to have your support.

  3. Glen says:

Great Job today Katie and Mandy… That was a lot harder than it looked today wasn’t it… My legs are still shivering!! But how good is it to finish something when half way through you are convinced that you’re not going to make it!!

  4. Maren says:

Gee Glen, I’m so glad you also get those feelings. Halfway through round 2 I thought…NEVER GOING TO MAKE THIS…I’m so glad someone else feels like that too.
Katie, you did an awesome job…very well done. Mandy, well done for doing an extra round, even though it was not intended!
    Maree, rxd…well done… Great work!
I hope you girls are signed up for the “Clash on the Coast!” We need some Girl Power!!!

  5. Maren says:

    uuuuhhhhhhhhhhhh Sue….where were you????

  6. StephenB says:

This WOD was tailor made for you Sue!

Well done to the girls this morning – keep plugging away……the results will be exponential.

Come on team lets sign up and get our numbers up for “Clash on the Coast.” Think of the beers afterwards…………………………..

  7. sue says:

    Hey Guys

Now lets see where was I this morning? Wasn’t feeling too flash so I went to a soft boxing session down at the beach and then Maren I went to (M) you know where I mean. Looks like I missed one I would have enjoyed at the box! (not). Might have to give tonight a miss to, but should be back tomorrow, after all I am on a holiday . xxxx Sue

    • Sue, I’m pretty sure Chris Spealler credits soft beach boxing sessions for all of his success…..NOT. This is your chance to show up the guys….I guess we’ll never know.

      • Maren says:

Sue I sniff a challenge….we would love to come watch you kick some ass tonight…let us know your ETA!

  8. Maren says:

Just been to the doc…bad news team Trainers…I have torn a tendon and have been booked off for a week!!! or maybe more!!! Sorry………………..

  9. StephenB says:

Hey Sue….let us in on the secret “M”…………..I’m sure it’s a health food joint!

  10. Glen says:

Maren, you’re going to have to do better than that… These trainers can substitute for paraplegics, I’m sure they can substiutute for a torn tendon!! We’ll see you in the morning on the pull up bar!!

    • Maren says:

Well at least I tried…okay…I’m not booked off for a week completely but I AM NOT ALLOWED ANY Squats?!?!? or Lunges for a week?!?!? He was horrified when i told him I did 200 squats this morning and 200 lunges on Friday!!! Tomorrow is my day off…see you on Thursday!

  11. StephenB says:

Marie………..are you on the same stuff as Chris and Drummond? Fine effort.

  12. sue says:

Hey Maren I love a challenge as you know but tonight is out for me I have an injury to and I hope it only keeps me down today. I am however prepared to do that wod on my return, now that there is a great time there from Marie to hunt down.

Now Stephen we could easily tell you about the secret “M” but then we would just as easily have to kill you!

  13. Mandy says:

Hey guys thanks so much for your support this morning and i will definately make sure i count my rounds in future haha It helps so much to have such a fun group to train with. See you in the morning!

  14. maree says:
