Great workout today Chris & Drummond… Not because I like overhead stuff, but because it really showed the benefit of good technique in the push press and push jerk… you can’t muscle through 9 reps without that technique.
Glen – awesome work!! That’s really impressive! Recover well.
The thing I like about those workouts is it doesn’t matter how great your strengths are, it’s the strength of your weakness that sets the bar. Humbling!
Great work Glen – you’re a beast!! Enjoyable but the press is frustrating isn’t it….
