Out of interest since you guys did Rxd what were the times from the games for Men and Women?
Hi Rach, the times you see for Drummond and myself are for Fridays WOD – 10rds of 10 pull ups & 10 ring dips not the Deadlift/Burpee WOD. However, the best male time for the Deadlift/Burpee WOD from the 08 Games was 2.30. Sorry, I couldn’t find any female times.
Chris, you never did tell us the times this WOD was finished in at the games? And should I feel like I’ve been run over today?!

Yes sorry Chris – I realised that after posting!
Salena (Salina!) the best female time at the 2008 games was 3′53
And Chris is right about the truck feeling. The only thing that varies is the size of the truck that you feel ran over you!
