Great work to Drummond who had to complete the workout twice after realising that his first attempt was at 80kg. Regardless of this, he will forever be known as a Cheat!!!

Great effort on the ring dips Stephen… I don’t think any of us got through more than a handful and you pushed through 100… Great job!!

Stephen, you may look at it as a long way off rxd; where as I prefer to look at it as a lot closer to rxd than ever before. Keep aiming up but don’t forget to be proud of your achievements.
