Hey Glen & Michelle…Great to hear from you guys…sounds like a “mean” workout a bit like some “LADY” we had this morning…I was still 1 thruster and 9 pull ups away…so not too good…man my hands hurt! I can’t get enough of my African Muti on them!!!

Do you know… in all the time I’ve been doing CF (not quite a year) I have never had the opportunity to do Fran Rx’d. My patients first up loved the fact my hands didn’t have much strength!!! Wow! I wasn’t expecting it to blow my grip out like that!

Thanks for that girls and thanks heaps for your support last night Deneice, Maren and Penny. Geez I felt sick, but pretty chuffed with that result. Penny the pull ups aren’t too far off not when you’re that determined.
