  • World Class Fitness in 100 Words

    "Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports".

    Hey Maren just checked your results from last night, you are a machine woman! First Marie and now you kicking my butt and I was feeling so proud of myself.
    Excellent work girls, I think we all love the competition. We both rested today Maren but do you think you will go tonight? Or should we be cherry picking, the WOD looks pretty mean.
    I’m pretty sure Stephen is dead in that photo…….?

    Sue…yesterday was suppose to be my rest day and then I could resist the challenge. TODAY is DEFINATELY my rest day…my arms still feel like jelly…going late night shopping, my boys want to hit AMart All Sport tonight! Stephen said it was a hard one so shopping sounds very attractive!
    I have booked for the CLash on the Coast so you better do the same!!!I need the moral support…the nerves are already setting in!
