Shoulder Press: 28kg
Deadlift: 80.5kg (PB)
Chris: 125kg BS, 70kg Press & 152.5 DL
BS: 155kg pb failed at 160kg twice.
SP: 60 kg. dodgy shoulder doesn’t help.
DL: 205kg pb failed at 210kg twice.
420kg total.
Pretty happy to get this result.
