I believe the best way to prepare for a competition is to train the modalities that you would least like to see in a WOD. And of course, Constantly Varied, Functional Movements performed at High Intensity. Chris.

My preparation would involve assessing and identifying my weaknesses and going about eliminating them.

I like to try and psychologically intimidate my opponent. I find that a bit of trash talking works wonders. Just ask Selena about the double under challenge…
I find turning up helps.
