  • World Class Fitness in 100 Words

    "Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports".

Coastal CrossFit’s – ‘Clash on the Coast’

Coastal CrossFit QLD is proud to announce that we are running our first CrossFit competition.

This competition is aimed at all CrossFitters and scaling and substitution of exercises will be allowed.  This should be a great day and we would love to see CrossFitters of all abilities having a go.  Spots are limited to 100, so get in quick if you’re keen to wear the title of ‘Fittest on the Coast’.

When: Saturday 5th Dec 2009

Where: Coastal CrossFit QLD (13/7 Premier Circuit Warana, QLD)

How Much: $30.00 (includes ‘Clash on the Coast’ t-shirt)
