  • Who is CrossFit for?

"The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience".

CrossFit "delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general and inclusive. Our specialty is not specialising. Combat, survival, many sports and life reward this kind of Fitness". (Coach Glassman, CrossFit Co-Founder)
  • World Class Fitness in 100 Words

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports".

News and Events

Gym Closure: The gym will be closed for the Regional competition weekend (18th, 19th 20th May) due to all of our trainers attending or competing in the event.  This means that the last training session of the week will be at 6am on Thursday 17th and will resume normal operation at 5pm on Monday the 21st.  Closing the gym is not a decision we take lightly and we will be running additional sessions in the week prior to, and after the event so that nobody is disadvantaged with their training.  Please do not hesitate to talk to Chris or Marie if you have any concerns as we will do everything we can to be sure that everyone is happy.  We thank you for your understanding.

For Sale: We are selling our Pull-up rig.  Dimensions are 7m long x 2.5m wide x 3 metres high. It has enough space for 16 people to do pull-ups at the same time and room for 6 sets of rings at muscle-up height. The structure is bolted together so that it can be disassembled and moved.  Call Chris for more info on 0422 704 086.
